1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• The required advance payment has been received, and
• A written confirmation (email/official communication) has been issued by Touranzza

All booking-related communication must be made in writing via email.

2. Payments

• A standard advance payment (20%–40%) is required to confirm bookings
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival or as agreed at the time of booking
• For luxury hotels, peak seasons, trains, or special experiences, full or higher advance payment may be required

We accept secure international payments via credit/debit cards and approved payment gateways.

3. Pricing

• All prices are based on current rates and are subject to availability
• Prices may change due to:
  • Government taxes or policy changes
  • Fuel or transportation cost increases
  • Currency fluctuations

Any such changes will be communicated transparently.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Each tour package includes only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

Typically included:

• Accommodation
• Transportation
• Guided sightseeing (where mentioned)
• Meals as specified

Typically not included:

• International & domestic flights
• Visa & travel insurance
• Personal expenses (laundry, tips, beverages, etc.)
• Monument entrance fees (unless specified)

5. Amendments & Changes

• Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing
• Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Touranzza will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes

6. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmations from service providers.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and identification
• Touranzza is not liable for issues arising due to incomplete or invalid travel documents

8. Accommodation & Transport

• Hotel check-in/check-out times are governed by hotel policies
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability
• Vehicles are provided as per the confirmed itinerary only

9. Our Role

Touranzza acts as a travel organizer and coordinates services through trusted hotels, transport providers, and guides.

We do not own or control third-party service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Touranzza shall not be held liable for any delays, disruptions, or losses caused by:

• Weather conditions or natural events
• Transport delays or cancellations
• Government actions or regulations
• Health emergencies
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or travel restrictions. In such cases, we will assist with rescheduling or alternatives wherever possible.

12. Traveler Conduct

Touranzza reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a traveler:

• Engages in unlawful or disruptive behavior
• Endangers safety of others
• Violates local laws or regulations

No refund will be applicable in such cases.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Touranzza and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
